Great amenities and central location
Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that offered amazing amenities including a mini bar, flat screen TV, and free wifi. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance of key attractions and local facilities. The room was spacious and the shower pressure was fantastic.
The hotel had poor customer service as staff had limited English and were not particularly friendly. the tile flooring made the room quite noisy.

My partner and I had a great time at this hotel. the view from the room was amazing, we could see the skyline in the distance and enjoyed watching the sun rise and set over a nearby monument. the hotel was also conveniently located near several attractions we wanted to visit and we were able to easily walk to most of them.
the elevators were out of service which was a bit of a hassle, especially when carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.

+ good breakfast, but only 2 choises included in price, coffee or tee extra + clean + quiet hotel, but not for families and not for long stayings
- unflexible management - no warm watter in the shower - too soft beds - no elevator in the hotel - defenetly not a 4 star hotel. I would give 2* not more

The hotel has a good location, with restaurants nearby. It's easy to get to the Mamayev Kurgan memorial, train station, and the city center. the room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with good shower pressure. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacks some basic amenities. There is no elevator, which can be difficult for some guests.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, which was just a short walk away from the train station and the famous Mamayev Kurgan memorial. The hotel was also close to the city center and the nearest restaurant. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the nice view from our room. The staff were friendly and kind, making our stay more enjoyable.
Nothing all good.
